Maddy's Little Tears came about when I used to change my daughter's diaper!  As a baby she put up the biggest fuss when it came time for a change.  Being a new mom, and prone to being nervous as is, I would get very stressed.  It seemed no matter how softly I spoke, or silly the face I made, she would scream and cry even more.  One day I just started singing about her - and it worked!  That was the beginning of Maddy's Little Tears.  Each time I changed her diaper, I would add on new lyrics and thus my first book for Maddy was created!
